â Do I have to use the supplements?
No! The challenge is free, and you can still benefit without supplements. But if you want deeper results Oliveda's I-66 will accelerate your progress.
â Do I need a gym?
No! You can do bodyweight, bands or minimal equipment if you're training. We're going to be giving you the strategies to complete as much outside the gym as possible.
â Is it safe if I'm 50/ postmenopausal / have joint issues?Â
Absolutely! We're going to be discussing everything you need to know to train safely, things you may be doing to sabotage your results and tips to make the most of your time.
 â How much time per day?
Our talks will last approximately 20 minutes and we recommend training anywhere from 20-45 minutes/day ongoing..
