Turning Down the Heat: Managing Hot Flashes and Night Sweats in Menopause

For some women, alternative treatments such as acupuncture or herbal remedies can be helpful, though it's important to discuss these with a healthcare professional to ensure they're appropriate for you.

While hot flashes and night sweats are common, they shouldn’t severely disrupt your life.
